CROESO I BOB GALLU (Profiad o ymarfer ioga ne ddim) Bydd pob gwers ioga yn cynnig ymarferion anadlu sy’n annog canolbwyntiad, symud i ymestyn a chryfhau’r cyhyrau ac amser tawelu i adfyfyrio, gorffwys ac ymlacio. Mae pob llif yn cynnwys amrediad o symudiadau deinamig ac ymlacedig sydd yn cynnwys opsiynau i addasu’r ymarfer i gyd-fynd â gallu chi. *Nodi’r; Wrth dalu am y pecyn 6 wythnos yr ydych yn talu am 6 sesiwn ioga o flaen llaw (am bris rhatach). Os ydych yn colli un o’r sesiynau, ni fyddai yn gallu ad-dalu gwerth y sesiwn. Os am unrhyw reswm fydd rhaid i mi ganslo’r sesiwn, yna byddwn yn cynnig sesiwn arall i wneud fyny am hyn. ***ENGLISH BELOW*** ALL ABILITIES WELCOME! (Experience of yoga practice or not) Each yoga lesson will offer breathing exercises that encourage concentration, movement to stretch and strengthen the muscles and quiet time to reflect, rest and relax. Each yoga flow includes a series of beneficial yoga poses with modifications and options to adjust the practice to suit your ability. *Please note; When paying for the package you are paying for the sessions in advance (for a cheaper price). If you miss one of the sessions, I will not be able to refund the value of the session. If for any reason I have to cancel the session, then I will offer another session to make up for this.
